Privacy Policy

At Qorlynto Educación Financiera S.A.S. we value the trust of our audience. This policy describes which personal data we process, with which purposes and which rights you may exercise under Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and the rules in force in the Argentine Republic.

1. Data controller

The controller is Qorlynto Educación Financiera S.A.S., CUIT 30-71803642-7, with offices at Av. Corrientes 1543, floor 7, office B, City of Buenos Aires. For enquiries write to contacto@qorlynto.com.

2. Data we process

We collect data that you voluntarily share through the contact form (name, email and message) and technical data from your device while you browse (truncated IP address, session identifiers and aggregated metrics), provided that you have granted the corresponding consent.

3. Purposes

We process the data to answer enquiries, deliver the editorial digest when you request it, measure portal performance, prevent fraud and, with your prior consent, show relevant advertising content.

4. Legal basis

The processing is based on your explicit consent, on the legitimate interest in ensuring the security of the portal and on compliance with legal obligations applicable to companies incorporated in Argentina.

5. Recipients

We do not sell data. We only share them with providers that act as processors under contract (hosting, transactional messaging, analytics with Google Consent Mode v2) and with authorities when a rule so requires.

6. Retention period

We keep contact form data for twenty-four months from your last interaction and, in the case of analytics, for fourteen months in aggregated form, unless legal obligations require different periods.

7. Rights of data subjects

You may access, rectify, update, delete or object to the processing of your data by writing to contacto@qorlynto.com. You may also file a complaint with the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública if you consider that your rights were not properly attended.

8. Minors

Qorlynto contents are intended for people aged eighteen or older. If we detect information provided by minors we will delete it as soon as we become aware.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit, role-based access control, audit logs and periodic reviews with independent consultants.

10. International transfers

Some providers may host data outside Argentina, always under countries or contractual clauses that ensure an adequate level of protection and under specific contractual agreements.

11. Changes to the policy

We may update this policy to reflect editorial improvements or regulatory changes. We will publish the current version with its update date at the bottom.
